SEB relocated thousands of employees to its new headquarters in Arenastaden using Evitbe’s event management system

“When we were about to move thousands of colleagues to our new office in Arenastaden, we faced both a logistical and communication challenge. Part of the solution became Evitbe’s EventApp, which served as our internal communication platform both before and during the move. In addition to sharing practical information, we used the app’s features to help employees get to know each other, and the new SEB building better.

As a first step, colleagues were asked to introduce themselves with a selfie. The results were then displayed in real time as an SEB mosaic on the giant screen in the building’s atrium. We also used quizzes to challenge each other in teams, encouraging everyone to search for answers in both expected and unexpected places throughout the building,” says Magnus Wiik, Sponsorship & Event Manager at SEB.

Since then, the app has continued to serve as a communication platform after the relocation, now focusing on information and employee offers.

Events showcased at the bank office of the future

“At the Experience Center at Stureplan, we have created a completely new concept focused on personal meetings, guidance in our digital channels, inspiration, and education.

We produce several events every week and promote upcoming activities on digital screens and on seb.se, alongside personalized invitations.

My team manages all event administration through Evitbe’s system, allowing us to quickly and smoothly publish content directly to digital screens and the website from the platform itself.

We also have an automated process that transfers data back into SEB’s CRM system, creating a seamless flow of information between systems.
